A record of how the petty cash being used , and top up. it is able to add and subtract from the opening balance , the petty cash can be increase at the counter when there is sales of item ( example ticket or towel ..etc ), the petty cash can also be reduced when there is an expense, ( example , purchase of consumable , services or repair..etc)
